FinCEN Requests Comments on Proposed Renewal of Bank Secrecy Act Recordkeeping Requirements

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public comment on its proposed three-year renewal of Bank Secrecy Act recordkeeping requirements without any changes, as part of its efforts to extend the approval period for Control Numbers 1506-0050 through 1506-0059.
