Federal Government to Adopt New Automated Clearing House Rules

The US Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service is issuing a final rule to update its regulation governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network by federal agencies, aligning with changes made by NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association since 2009.
