OFAC Publishes Designations of 3 Individuals and 5 Entities Under the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of 3 individuals and 5 entities whose assets have been frozen due to their alleged involvement with narcotics trafficking, as mandated by the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act).
