Extension of a Currently Approved Information Collection: Application Forms for U.S. Department of the Treasury Stored Value Card (SVC) Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on the Application Forms for its Stored Value Card (SVC) Program, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of the Treasury is currently soliciting comments on the proposed and continuing information collection.
