Extension of a Currently Approved Information Collection: Application Form for U.S. Department of the Treasury Accountable Official Stored Value Card (SVC) Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on its Application Form for the Accountable Official Stored Value Card (SVC) Program, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
