Department of Labor Submits Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on the Mine Safety and Health Administration's information collection request for escape and evacuation plans in surface coal mines and facilities, which is due for review by the Office of Management and Budget.
