OSHA Seeks Public Comments on Proposal to Revise Retaliation Complaint Handling Regulations

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is soliciting public comments on a proposal to extend and revise the information collection requirements for handling retaliation complaints filed with OSHA, as part of its efforts to improve whistleblower protection and employee rights.
