Department of Labor Submits Uniform Billing Form Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on its Uniform Billing Form information collection request, which is required for continued use under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is currently being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
