DOL to Submit Information Collection Request for Prohibited Transaction Exemptions to OMB for Review

The Department of Labor will submit an Employee Benefits Security Administration sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval on February 29, 2016, regarding prohibited transaction exemptions for multiple employer plans and apprenticeship plans.
