Notice to Ensure State Workforce Agencies Are Aware of Revised UCX Schedule Reflecting Military Pay Increase

The Department of Defense has released a revised schedule for the Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers (UCX) program, reflecting the military pay increase effective January 1, 2016. States must use the new schedule for 'first claims' filed after January 1, 2016, while continuing to use the existing schedule for 'first claims' filed before the effective date.
