Proposed Collection of Information; Comment Request

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on proposed information collection requests for Authorization Request form and Certification/Letter of Medical Necessity for Compounded Drugs (CA-26) and Opioid Medications (CA-27), as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
