MSHA Adjusts Public Hearing Start Time for Proposed Rule on Mine Safety

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is changing the start time for public hearings on a proposed rule regarding mine safety inspections, originally set for 9:00 a.m., to 8:30 a.m. to accommodate public meetings on diesel exhaust exposure.
