Request for Information on Alternative Contraceptive Coverage Accommodations

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury are seeking public comments on whether eligible organizations can obtain an accommodation for objecting to contraceptive coverage on religious grounds while ensuring women have access to full FDA-approved contraceptive coverage without cost sharing, following the Supreme Court's Zubik v. Burwell decision in 2016.
