Department of Labor to Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Employee Benefits Security Administration will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval to continue using a paperwork collection related to the sale of securities to reduce indebtedness of a party in interest, effective July 29, 2016, and invites public comments on the request.
