Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefit Plan Claims Procedure Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor will submit an information collection request for the Employee Benefit Plan Claims Procedure Under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval on July 29, 2016, and invites public comments.
