Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval of Mine Safety and Health Administration's Cleanup Program

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking public comment on its information collection request for a cleanup program aimed at removing coal and other combustible materials from mines, as part of the Department of Labor's submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
