U.S. Department of Labor Issues Final Rule for Extended Benefits Program

The Employment and Training Administration has implemented statutory amendments to the Extended Benefits program, which pays extra weeks of unemployment compensation during periods of high unemployment in a State, and made technical corrections to the current regulations.
