MSHA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Mine Safety Examinations

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on Examinations of Working Places in Metal and Nonmetal Mines in response to stakeholder requests, and also clarifying and seeking additional comments on selected provisions.
