OSHA Announces Standards Improvement Project-Phase IV to Reduce Regulatory Burden

In response to the President's Executive Order 13563, OSHA is continuing its efforts to remove outdated requirements from its safety and health standards, with a focus on reducing regulatory burden while maintaining or enhancing employees' safety and health, particularly in the construction industry.
