Final Regulations on Excepted Benefits and Insurance Coverage

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has released final regulations clarifying the definition of short-term, limited-duration insurance and standards for travel and supplemental insurance to be considered excepted benefits, while also amending a reference to lifetime and annual dollar limits.
