US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review for Low Enriched Uranium from France

The US Department of Commerce has finalized the preliminary results of a review of the antidumping duty order on low enriched uranium from France, confirming the original preliminary determination that Eurodif S.A. and AREVA NP Inc. have 18 months to re-export one entry of LEU without an amendment to the scope of the order.
