US Trade Investigation Finds Chinese Glycine Exporters Circumventing Antidumping Duties

The US government has preliminarily determined that Chinese companies Salvi Chemical Industries Limited and AICO Laboratories India Ltd. are circumventing antidumping duties on Chinese glycine by exporting it from India, while another company Paras Intermediates Pvt. Ltd. is not found to be involved in such circumvention due to its use of Indian raw materials.

Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the City and Borough of Juneau's Seawalk Extension Project, Juneau, Alaska
