NMFS Seeks Comments on Marine Mammal Regulations for Columbia River Crossing Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing regulations to govern the incidental taking of marine mammals during the construction and demolition of the Columbia River Crossing project, which spans 5 years from July 2013 to June 2018, and is seeking public input on the proposed rules.
