NMFS Receives 15 Scientific Research Permit Applications for Endangered Species

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced the receipt of 15 scientific research permit applications for Pacific salmon, green sturgeon, and rockfish in the Puget Sound/Georgia Basin, aimed at increasing knowledge of listed species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and informing management and conservation efforts.
