Inseason Adjustments to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fisheries Management Measures

The Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries off West Coast States; Biennial Specifications and Management Measures; Inseason Adjustments rule announces an inseason change to Pacific Coast groundfish fisheries management measures to protect abundant stocks while safeguarding overfished and depleted ones. The rule also adjusts the incidental retention allowance for halibut in the primary sablefish fishery under the Northern Pacific Halibut Act.
