NOAA Amends Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary Regulations to Enhance Safety and Conservation
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is updating the regulations for Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary to improve vessel safety, reduce user impacts on the sanctuary, and clarify discharge procedures, among other changes.
