Consortium on “Concrete Rheology: Enabling Metrology (CREME)”: Membership Fee Update

On October 25, 2011, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) published a notice of a public meeting, which was held on November 8, 2011, to explore the feasibility of establishing a NIST/Industry Consortium on Concrete Rheology: Enabling Metrology (CREME)". The notice stated that membership fees for participation in the CREME consortium would be Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000) per year. As a result of the November 8, 2011, public meeting, revisions have been made to the membership fee structure.
