Comment Request: Quarterly Survey of Transactions in Selected Services and Intellectual Property With Foreign Persons

The Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed quarterly survey to collect information on transactions with foreign persons, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
