NAFTA Binational Panel Reviews Decision on U.S. Commerce Department's Determination for Canadian Steel Wire Rod

The binational panel reviewed the U.S. Department of Commerce's final results of the 2005/2006 antidumping administrative review of Canadian Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod, and partially affirmed and remanded the Commerce Department's determination, as per NAFTA Secretariat File Number USA-CDA-2008-1904-02.
