Taking and Importing Marine Mammals: Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Navy Training Exercises in Three East Coast Range Complexes

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued three Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to allow the U.S. Navy to take marine mammals by harassment during training exercises in three East Coast range complexes: the Virginia Capes, Jacksonville, and Cherry Point. The permits are for the Commander of the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, located at 1562 Mitscher Avenue, Suite 250, Norfolk, VA 23551-2487, and those under his authority.
