US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Chinese Solar Cells Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that solar cells from the People's Republic of China are being sold in the US at a price lower than their production costs, potentially harming US solar cell manufacturers.
