U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from UAE Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that steel pipe from the UAE is being sold in the U.S. at a price lower than its true value, and is postponing its final decision for 60 days.
