NOAA Issues Major Amendment to Marine Mammal Permit
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued a significant update to Permit No. 14534-01, allowing researchers led by Dr. Brandon Southall to conduct studies on marine mammals at its Silver Spring, MD office.
