US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey, following a request from Noksel Celik Boru Sanayi A.S. Preliminary results indicate that Noksel did not sell its products at less than the normal value during the review period, which covered exports from May 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011.
