US Department of Commerce Affirms China's Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain small diameter graphite electrodes are being exported from the UK to the US by UK Carbon and Graphite Co., Ltd. in a way that circumvents the antidumping duty order on these electrodes from China, as mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930.
