U.S. Navy Seeks Permission to Harm Marine Mammals During Training Exercises in Pacific

The U.S. Navy is requesting permission from the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to harm marine mammals during training exercises in the Pacific Ocean, between August 12, 2012 and August 3, 2015, using time delayed firing devices (TDFDs) that have not been previously addressed.
