Notice of Public Workshop: Designing for Impact: Workshop on Building the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation

The Advanced Manufacturing National Program Office (AMNPO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is hosting a public workshop to discuss the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI) and its regional components, including Institutes for Manufacturing Innovation (IMIs), which was announced by President Obama on March 9, 2012. The workshop will focus on key topics such as technologies with broad impact, institute structure and governance, and education and workforce development.
