Department of Commerce to Implement Methodological Change for Non-Market Economy Antidumping Proceedings
The Department of Commerce will implement a methodological change to reduce export prices in certain non-market economy antidumping proceedings by the amount of export tax, duty, or other charges, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
