NIST to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Terahertz Spectroscopy Technology

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is considering granting an exclusive patent license to TerBAT Inc. for the use of its terahertz spectroscopy technology in medical diagnostic devices and environmental/industrial monitoring devices, as outlined in U.S. Patent Application No. 13/346,999.
