Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Australia Group Understandings on Export Control Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security has published a final rule to update the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to reflect changes to the Australia Group's biological agents list and dual-use chemical manufacturing facilities and equipment, as agreed upon at the 2011 plenary meeting.
