US Court Upholds Commerce Department's Decision on Chinese Hand Tools
The US Court of International Trade has ruled in favor of the Commerce Department's decision on antidumping duties for Chinese hand tools, following a previous Federal Circuit decision in a similar case involving Timken Co. and Diamond Sawblades Mfrs. Coalition.
