Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of its review of antidumping duties on small diameter graphite electrodes imported from China, showing a difference from the preliminary findings and applying a weighted-average dumping margin to 25 companies for the period from February 1, 2010, to January 31, 2011.
