US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty Order on Solid Urea from Russia

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Russia, covering MCC EuroChem, from July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011. Preliminary results indicate that the subject merchandise was sold at prices above normal value, and interested parties are invited to comment on these findings.
