International Trade Administration Invites Applications for APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules Accountability Agents

The International Trade Administration's Office of Technology and Electronic Commerce is seeking organizations to serve as Accountability Agents for U.S.-based companies under the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules system, which falls under Federal Trade Commission jurisdiction.
