U.S. Finalizes Swordfish Quotas and Management Measures for North and South Atlantic

The U.S. has implemented new quotas and management measures for swordfish fishing in the North and South Atlantic, including a reduction in the annual underharvest carryover and a quota transfer to Morocco, in accordance with International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) recommendations.
