US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Italian Pasta

The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the countervailing duty order on Italian pasta from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010, and has found preliminary evidence that Molino e Pastificio Tomasello S.p.A. received subsidies during this period, prompting a request for public comment.
