U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty on Dutch Carboxymethylcellulose Imports

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (purified CMC) from the Netherlands, following requests from U.S. manufacturers Aqualon Company and Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals B.V. Preliminary results indicate that Akzo Nobel did not sell its subject merchandise at less than normal value, while CP Kelco had no shipments during the review period.
