US Department of Commerce to Review Countervailing Duty on Turkish Pasta

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Turkey for the period January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, and has preliminarily determined that the net subsidy rate is negligible, inviting interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
