US Patent Office to Implement Changes to Leahy-Smith America Invents Act
The US Patent and Trademark Office is revising its rules to implement provisions of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, which expand the scope of information that can be cited in patent files and provide for new procedures for patent reviews.
