NYSE Arca Adopts New Rule Replacing Text of NYSE Arca Rule 5.2(b)(1) with Similar FIRA Rule 5190

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to delete the text of NYSE Arca Equities Rule 5.2(b)(1) and adopt a new rule substantially identical to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Rule 5190, which will take effect immediately.
